Ive used a few real estate apps before this one and its by far my favorite. I love that you can save your searches and I get a notification that pops up on my iPad that tells me when a new home has been listed thats within my search. One of the things I love most about this app is that it is the most up to date as far as status on the homes (Active, Offer, etc.). I also get notifications when a home within my search has been lowered in price, when the status has changed, and when there is an open house. You can also manually draw in the area that you are searching in if there is a certain neighborhood you want to stay in instead of the whole city.

One of the easiest to use real estate app!

After using apps like trulia, Zillow, and realtor.com, its clear this app falls short in a major way - it wouldnt show me houses in the area I wanted. I typed in Hamilton, NJ but since there are multiple Hamiltons it showed me houses in the wrong one and its surrounding area. I tried using a zip code so that it would be able to better hone in on the area I was looking for but it didnt work. I like the swipe feature a lot since I tend to make snap judgements about a house based on things like how many beds, baths and sq footage.

The house listings are up-to-date, and the app is easy to use and beautifully designed.

Dig the interface and house features. I actually enjoy the searching process.

Updates are very fast and most properties update daily and it is very up to date with listings

My favorite thing is being able to get the room dementions!

The price search factor. This real-estate app often shows more available properties than Zillow or Trulia, which is fantastic. Its difficult, however, to sift through houses when the price intervals are $50,000 apart in the detailed-search options. It would be more convenient to use a specific price-point, but it doesnt keep me from using the app!

I have been using Zillow and Trulia for a while , looking up houses currently available for sale, I thought those two apps are already very good, until I stumble upon Estately, I instantly notice some difference! This app seems to included a few more available properties in my search area, and strangely these houses never appear in the other two apps, no matter how I try to filter my search or use no filter. I also like Estately included WalkScore in each property, that piece of information is very useful too. I also like the custom feature ”circle on the map“, so I can only search in the area that have good school district, I find it super useful. Overall, I am very impressed with Estately, although sometimes the app would crash in the middle of the search, other than that I have no complaints. Please keep up the good work and keep it useful and user friendly. Thanks for creating this useful app!

This app is the best! The location based settings make it easy to find a place near by, and you are able to store your preferences and set alerts, so youre notified the minute when something new hits the market. This app was even quicker than my agent was with the MLS listings via email. Most other apps take 24-48 hours to update their inventory after they come on the MLS. I actually found my dream home on this app before my relator was able to send me the info.
